In the planned setup, MuzzleBell is a friendly front-desk assistant for routine customer questions. It can explain services and policies, collect useful context, and guide a customer toward the business’s booking process across the channels the owner authorizes.

How is booking confirmation handled?

The assistant can help collect the details needed for a booking request. After the owner-authorized scheduling setup is connected, the business’s booking process remains the source of the final time and confirmation; MuzzleBell does not treat an unconfirmed request as an appointment.

When does a conversation go to staff?

Urgent, sensitive, clinical, or unclear questions should be handed to the business team with the relevant context. Staff remain in control of care decisions and any conversation that needs a person.
